We're looking for a seasoned professional to take on the Sustainability Manager role at DiSRUPT Recruitment Agency | B Corp. As a key member of our team, you'll lead the development and implementation of sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact.

This is a fantastic opportunity to drive impactful initiatives within a large hospitality-focused business with 3000 employees. You'll be responsible for leading on future certifications, accreditations, and projects aligning with our overall sustainability strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact.
  • Maintain knowledge of ESG frameworks, such as Ecovadis, to inform decision-making.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and project management.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Environmental Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
