About the Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic pharmacy technician to lead the CPSD team as a Senior Pharmacy Technician. The role involves managing workload, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient working practices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations and logistics within the pharmacy teams.
- Create a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and excellence in service delivery.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and assist in their implementation.
- E nsure compliance with governance requirements and Good Distribution Practice.
- Provide training for all pharmacy staff involved in purchasing, invoicing, storage, and distribution of medicines.
Requirements:
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- NVQ3 Pharmacy Services, BTEC Pharmaceutical Science, or equivalent qualification.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £45,754 - £51,393 per annum is available, depending on experience. This position offers a unique chance to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our pharmacy team.
