About the Role:

PillSorted is a cutting-edge digital pharmacy looking for a seasoned Pharmacy Dispensary Manager to oversee our dispensary team and drive operational excellence. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accuracy and efficiency, ensuring patients receive their medication on time and in full.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the dispensary team, working closely with the Dispensary Team Lead to achieve exceptional performance.
  • Develop and implement protocols and procedures for all dispensary roles, in coordination with our Clinical Leads.
  • Monitor and achieve operational KPIs, such as On Time in Full (OTIF) service levels, Cost to Fill efficiency, patient safety, inventory loss, and margin performance.
  • Collaborate with our in-house engineering team and clinical team to strive for operational perfection.
  • Lead by example, actively working alongside the team on the dispensary floor to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high output levels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing and developing operational teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • NVQ2 Pharmacy qualification (NVQ3 level Pharmacy Technician preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related fields (preferred).

Salary and Benefits:

£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year, with opportunities to earn bonus and benefit from share options. On-site parking and private medical insurance are also available.
