Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pharmacy Technician to join our team as a Senior Pharmacy Operations Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role and manage the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy teams.

In this position, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the delivery of efficient and effective operations within the pharmacy purchasing, invoicing, stores, and distribution teams. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a working environment that encourages teamwork, mutual support, and excellence in service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital pharmacy or a related area of practice, with strong leadership and management skills. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
