About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Technician Specialist to join our team at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our medicines management service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines across our trust.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the operational work of the clinical technician medicines management service, planning and allocating tasks, providing education and training, and identifying the need for revised Standard Operating Procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- BTEC/NVQ3 Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in hospital pharmacy, multidisciplinary team working, research, clinical trials, or audit.
- Project/change management skills and knowledge of medicines management procedures.
