Job Description

What You'll Do
  • Supervise and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Prepare coffee, food, and other beverages in line with formula standards.
  • Lead by example, maintain a vibrant and presentable store atmosphere, and ensure colleagues adhere to uniform regulations.
  • Participate in food preparation, adhering to Food Safety and Health & Safety policies.
