About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Huddersfield. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house operations, and supporting our team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients, customers, and visitors to our office.
  • Manage diary bookings for meeting rooms and work spaces to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate rooms to ensure they are tidy and well maintained.
  • Support with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, laminating, and emailing.
  • Support with marketing campaigns and posting on social media channels.
  • Assist clients with IT and facilities.
  • Maintain H&S regulation and compliance, assisting in emergency procedures.
  • Maintain organized and accessible records, supporting quality standards and efficient customer service.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a front-facing role, offering excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships.
  • Organized and proactive nature, adept at managing a fluctuating workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable with use of basic Microsoft packages, including Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Estimated Salary: Up to £25,350 per annum.
