Are you an experienced Coordinator looking for an exciting career move? Do you possess excellent communication skills, are able to manage a demanding and changing workload effectively? Then our Fleet Incident Management team here at FMG would like to hear from you.
As the Network Co-ordinator, you will be the initial point of contact for our repair network and will provide key support to the network managers and other internal departments. You will be responsible for data compilation and analysis, adding and managing key supplier information, assisting all internal departments with queries, and creating and issuing scorecards and league tables. You will be working closely with the network managers to ensure suppliers perform to a high standard whilst maintaining the relationships we hold with them. A key part of the role is instigating continuous improvements within our processes to drive customer benefit.
**Role Purpose**
To effectively support the network team in the management of the approved repairer network and assist both internal departments and repairers with any queries to ensure a quick resolution. To work closely with all internal departments to drive greater efficiencies and improve relationships, performance, and processes to benefit all parties.

You are dynamic and self-motivated individual with good attention to detail. You will need to be able to identify areas for improvements in current processes both within our team and the wider business you interact with.
You will have a good understanding of IT systems and be proficient in Excel and Word.
