About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our General Practice team as an Administrative Assistant for Patient Care. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you will be responsible for handling incoming telephone calls, covering the front reception desk, and processing patient tasks.

The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and provide support when needed. You will work closely with our experienced reception team to ensure that all administrative functions are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Cover the front reception desk and maintain a welcoming and safe waiting room environment
  • Process patient tasks and queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Support the smooth running of day-to-day office administration

Qualifications and Skills
