**Trainee SHE Advisor (Coordinator) (FTC**

Overview:
We are currently seeking a meticulous Safety Coordinator to join our team. The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

**Duties**:

- Resolve or triage to a resolver group all incoming site access accreditation queries
- Administration of training including bookings with providers, arranging payment, ensuing delegates have joining instructions, updating employee records and provision of certificates
- A triage reported accidents, incidents and near misses and allocate to investigators. Ensure all entered information is correct and follow up with reporters if further information is required
- Assist with the management and scheduling of occupational health assessments
- Be responsible for raising of purchase order and payments
- Build effective relationship with the wider SHE Team to accommodate their requests and provide support as required i.e., minutes from meetings, admin support for forums, closure of actions, travel arrangements, meeting requests

**Experience**:

- Some experience of working in a service desk environment
- Proven track record of managing training administration
- NEBOSH Certificate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £23,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
