Sales Development Manager

As a Sales Development Manager at Hunter Hughes, you will be responsible for driving growth and forging lasting partnerships in the plumbing products industry. Your primary goal will be to generate new leads and convert them into loyal customers. To excel in this role, you'll need previous experience in any field sales environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive and self-motivated attitude, strong negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel within your designated territory. We offer a competitive compensation package with a performance-based commission structure, training and development opportunities, access to top-notch tools and resources, and a collaborative and inclusive culture that encourages creativity and innovation. The package includes a basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000, commission of £10,000 - £15,000, 25 days holiday plus stats, company car, laptop, mobile, pension, and full training and development plan.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Winning projects for commercial and residential builds and refurbs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with specifiers, housebuilders, contractors, and installers.
- Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
