Reporting to the Managing Director, this senior management role is responsible for driving sales growth and revenue across our 11 retail stores in the UK, as well as through EXPO's and pop-up events. The successful candidate will work closely with the Retail Operations Manager to ensure strategic, operational, and commercial objectives are met.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in both B2C and B2B channels.
- Work closely with store managers to ensure sales KPIs are met and provide guidance on sales and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Retail Operations Manager to ensure operational and commercial objectives are met.
- Build and maintain relationships with key departments, including digital, buying, and product development, as well as external suppliers and consultants.
- Develop and implement retail marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Proven track record in retail sales and a deep understanding of how retail stores can grow and prosper.
- Experience in B2B sales development and a strong understanding of the retail landscape.
- Ability to work cross-departmentally and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of supplier negotiations and budget management.
- IT literate with the ability to grasp new software systems and reporting.
- £60K Salary Package.
