About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and customer engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts, share best practices, and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies.
  • Desirable: experience in security and distribution sales, passion for technology, and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
