Our HR Advisory Team

We provide a full HR service to our international clients, including the setting up and maintenance of global staff benefits schemes. As an HR Advisory Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining policy records, actioning staff changes and coordinating the input from our global brokers.

We are a quickly growing department and therefore the role holder will also positively develop our processes and systems.

Requirements of the Role

We are looking for a candidate who has good organisational and customer service skills, with strong attention to detail. Previous experience in an insurance or HR compensation/benefits role is desirable but not essential.

The role is part of a new team which we anticipate will expand rapidly to meet client demand. Given the opportunities for development and career progression, we want to invest in candidates that offer potential and can grow with us.
