  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve client HR challenges, conflicts, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Proactive Solutions: Offer proactive solutions to prevent HR problems from recurring.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, HR advisory services provided, and recommendations made.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure clients' HR practices are compliant.
  • Employee Life Cycle: Assist clients in navigating HR-related legal issues or investigations, and continuously monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve HR advisory services.
  • Recruitment and Scheduling: In-house recruitment and scheduling, including employee life cycle monitoring.
  • Payroll Administration: Administering UK payroll, including enhanced holiday entitlement, parental leave and pay, company events, and other benefits.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
