About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team at Imperial Brands PLC. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with business leaders across the organization to drive strategic objectives and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
