Job Requirements
Our HR Advisory team provides a full HR service to our international clients. A key part of our service is the setting up and maintenance of global staff benefits schemes. With the support of a team of senior HR professionals, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining policy records, actioning staff changes and coordinating the input from our global brokers.
We are a quickly growing department, and therefore the role holder will also positively develop our processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date policy records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Action staff changes and updates in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate the input from global brokers and ensure seamless communication with clients.
- Develop and implement effective processes and systems to support the growth of the department.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Previous experience in an insurance or HR compensation/benefits role (desirable).
- Good organisational and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Competent PC skills (MS Office, particularly Word and Excel).
- Strong written and spoken English.
