We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused HR Advisory Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our HR Advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining policy records, actioning staff changes and coordinating the input from our global brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date policy records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Action staff changes and updates in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with global brokers to ensure seamless implementation of staff benefits schemes.
  • Develop and maintain processes and systems to support the growth of our HR Advisory team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an insurance or HR compensation/benefits role is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills with attention to detail.
  • Competent PC skills, particularly in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
