About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conference and Events Assistant to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of conferences, meetings, and events at our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and set up meeting and event spaces, including audiovisual systems and conference equipment.
  • Manage conference caf and other event-related facilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate events and meetings.
  • Assist with event planning, including catering, logistics, and vendor management.
