About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conference and Events Supervisor to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events and conferences that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate conferences, events, and meetings, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and other technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
