Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Conference and Events Manager to join our team at HR-CL Limited. As a key member of our Events Team, you will be responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of day-to-day operations at our property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the Events Team with confidence and positivity.
  • Assist in planning, organization, and execution of events and conferences.
  • Manage and delegate tasks to team members in an encouraging manner.
  • Contribute to business strategy discussions to maximize results within budget.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of managerial experience in the Events and Conferencing sector.
  • Warm and genuine personality.
  • Confident, polite, and able to clearly communicate information and directives from senior management.
  • High customer service focus.
  • Ability to engage with both the team and guests.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of 28K per annum + overtime.
  • 40 hours per week on a 5 over 7 basis (evenings and weekends may be required).
