About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues to drive sales and revenue growth. As a Conference and Events Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling enquiries, developing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Handle enquiries through various channels, including electronic enquiry desks and emails
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, and internal stakeholders
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients, ensuring a seamless experience
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth
- Stay up-to-date with competitor options and market trends, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies
We're looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills. As a Conference and Events Sales Coordinator, you will be confident, assertive, and able to work well under pressure. You will also have a good sense of humor, be a self-starter, and be able to motivate others.
