Job Description

**About the Role**

Swindale Parks Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conference and Events Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational effectiveness of events and conferences by focusing on the setup of rooms and event spaces.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Set up rooms and event spaces to an optimum standard for a varied program of event activities, including corporate and private hire events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless event execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate event logistics, including catering, audiovisual, and technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure excellent customer service and event delivery.
