Compensation

The anticipated earnings for this position are competitive, comprising a base salary supplemented by additional gratuities, ensuring a comprehensive remuneration package.

About the Events and Conference Department:

Our Events and Conference division features 24 sophisticated venues capable of accommodating gatherings of various sizes, from intimate meetings to grand weddings and corporate functions. With a dedicated team of over 120 professionals, we can cater to up to 800 guests simultaneously, ensuring that every event is executed flawlessly, from high-profile golf days to themed celebrations.

Role Overview

As an Events and Conference Coordinator, you will oversee a diverse range of functions, providing guidance and support to the team. This role includes a full-time contract with varied shifts, including weekends, as we strive to maintain a balanced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify all Banquet Event Order (BEO) details prior to events, ensuring accurate communication with relevant departments.
  • Conduct weekly training sessions for casual team members on upselling techniques and product knowledge.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guests throughout the resort.
  • Supervise and assist with multiple conference and banquet events.
