Job Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key accounts in a specific geographic region. This role will focus on maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential customer accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide sales support and training to internal teams as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
