Credit Controller Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure timely payments
  • Perform credit checks and approve new accounts
  • Handle invoicing and account reconciliations
  • Monitor and minimise bad debts
  • Provide accurate reports on accounts receivable
  • Coordinate with the accounting & finance department on financial planning
  • Manage relationships with customers and handle any disputes
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations

Requirements:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Proven experience in credit control or a related role in accounting & finance
  • Excellent knowledge of invoicing and payment processes
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritise tasks
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
