Regional Sales Development Manager

Job Summary
The Regional Sales Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated geographical area. This role requires a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, as well as develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Promote and sell WernerCo products and services to current and potential distribution partners and end users.
- Support national accounts and increase national campaign activity.
- Develop and execute sales plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Customer Service and Support:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver seamless sales and service experiences.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
- Track and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve overall business performance.
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements:
- Previous sales and business development experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrable technical experience and knowledge of the industry.
- Ability to travel extensively, both within the designated territory and across the UK when necessary.
