Our continuous growth has led to the expansion of our Wholesale Cash & Carry operations at our 6-acre Nursery site, and we're now looking to further expand into the landscape market.

Role Purpose

Your mission as a Sales Executive will be to develop and grow sales in the domestic and commercial landscape market. You'll collaborate closely with our Procurement, Despatch, and Production teams to ensure top-notch service for our clients.

Ideal Candidate

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and expand existing accounts.
  • Generate new clients and promote our business in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure targeted marketing spend.
  • Follow up on quotes and convert them to orders.
  • Ensure efficient processing of sales orders.
  • Work with the team to refine sales processes and systems.
  • Achieve desired margins on production and traded stock.
  • Provide coverage for other salespeople when needed.
  • Promote the company at trade stands and events.
  • Adhere to company quality standards.
  • Report on progress against targets and propose solutions for any arising issues.
  • Work with team members to ensure smooth and efficient company operations.
