About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Companion at Home Instead Preston and South Ribble. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with our in-house trainer to develop and enhance your skills and knowledge in care provision.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure you are up-to-date with the latest best practices and company policies.

  • Competitive hourly rate of up to £14, with time and a half on Bank Holidays and 30p per mile.
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle, with a minimum of one hour visits.
