About the Job

This is a full-time permanent role, offering a salary of £45,000-£50,000 dependent on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Team in various areas, including customer lifecycle management, strategy and insight, project coordination, digital and social media, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Direct Marketing in implementing strategies to improve the customer lifecycle journey.
  • Manage email/SMS production and customer communications automation.
  • Analyse and implement learnings from marketing initiatives using Microsoft Excel and BI dashboards.
  • Develop standards, processes, and tools to drive greater efficiencies in cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Oversee social media accounts and posting regular content.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in customer lifecycle marketing, including customer retention strategies, project management, and CRM.
  • Line management experience.
  • Strong experience in the travel industry is advantageous.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • Self-starter with quick learning capabilities, excellent verbal communication skills, and exceptional organisational skills.
