Customer Experience Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Advocate to join our team at The GelBottle Inc. in Brighton. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and live chat.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing troubleshooting guidance and solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
