Your Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver first-class customer service, guaranteeing a seamless journey for our clients at all times.
  • Work closely with the Account Management team and suppliers to identify and address recurring issues, driving continuous improvement in our services.
  • Develop engaging content for clients, focusing on retailer-specific guides and materials.
  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with colleagues and external partners at all levels.
  • Skilfully manage multiple projects, pinpointing areas for growth and improvement.

  • A competitive salary of approximately £29,000 - £34,000 per annum.
