Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team at Premier Inn in Inverness. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared and ready for guests.
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards of service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel software systems.
