Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:

Directions Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee data, including personnel files, benefits, and performance records.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
