About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and target-focused Sales Professional to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group. As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will play a key part in the growth of our expanding business by self-generating a pipeline, developing relationships with key decision makers, and securing the business of non-farming clients within target commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pro-actively seeking out and researching businesses within commercial sectors to develop a sales pipeline.
• Reviewing and identifying the commercial insurance needs of prospects and advising on insurance products.
• Utilising your training, support, and resources to develop an in-depth understanding of your target commercial sectors and the associated insurance products.
Requirements:
• UK Driving License essential.
• Commercial experience desirable.
• Previous experience working in a targeted sales environment is essential.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong IT literacy - social media skills are desirable but not essential.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.
