We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Meeting and Events Sales Professional to join our clients dynamic team at This is Alexander Faraday Limited.

The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience with a knack for sales and a passion for delivering exceptional events.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the coordination and management of all stages of event planning, including the coordination of rooms bookings.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the events and meetings space.

Conduct follow-up calls with clients to gather feedback, secure repeat business, and build long-term relationships.

Collaborate with the marketing department to create engaging promotional materials and campaigns to boost brand visibility and event attendance.

Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the quality and profitability of events.

Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best quality services at the most competitive prices.

Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the event planning process or actual event to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Meeting and Events in the hospitality sector.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, team members, and external partners.

Strong sales abilities, with experience in sales strategy development and execution.

Proficiency in event management software and familiarity with CRM tools.

A proactive and results-driven attitude with a commitment to meeting targets and deadlines.
