Job Summary:

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to lead our brand new residential care service in Lincolnshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Manage and supervise a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure compliance and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • Clear enhanced DBS Record and ability to work with vulnerable adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with residents, families, and external agencies.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations and current legislation.
