We are seeking a skilled Band 6 Community Nurse to join our NHS community team in Kings Lynn, Norfolk.

This role involves working as part of a community nursing team, Monday to Friday, 9-5, monitoring physical health, phlebotomy, ECGs, and more.

To be considered, you must have NMC registration and at least 2 years of post-qualification experience as a qualified registered General Nurse.

Key responsibilities include:

Catheter care

Palliative care/symptom control

Verification of expected death

Falls support

Holistic assessment

Urgent wound care

Medication administration

SystmOne knowledge
