We are seeking a compassionate and caring Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris. As a key member of our team, you will provide emotional support to our young people and help them develop essential life skills.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and growth of our young people. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each young person.
Key Responsibilities- Provide emotional support and guidance to our young people
- Help with daily activities such as education, independent living skills, and community engagement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our young people and their families
- Work collaboratively with our team to create a safe and supportive environment
