About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Children's Services. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in the management of day-to-day operations within our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of day-to-day operations within our services.
- Engage in and manage each child's plan, ensuring these plans are managed with the highest standards of care and professionalism.
- Work collaboratively with the support team to provide a unique community-based, living and learning environment for children and young people.
- Transport young people to external locations, requiring a full UK driving licence.
