Electrophysiology Services Director

Ramsay Health Care UK is a leading provider of private and NHS hospital services in the United Kingdom. We are currently seeking an experienced Cardiac Physiologist to fill the role of Electrophysiology Services Director at our Duchy Hospital location.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our cardiology service and further develop the elective cardiology service at Duchy Hospital. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in delivering outpatient clinics, performing and reporting echo, and undertaking other non-invasive investigations such as stress echo, treadmills, and pacemaker FU.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of professional and clinical knowledge acquired through formal training or experience. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage capacity and demand, deal with patient issues, and support the non-clinical support staff.
About the Role:
- Daily management of the Cardiology Service
- Supporting the non-clinical support staff in booking and arranging appointments, managing stock
- Dealing with Consultant queries and supporting the clinical members of the team
- Participating in the provision of full-range cardiac procedures undertaken within the outpatient setting
- ECHO accreditation is essential for the role
