Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Client Reporting Specialist to join our team at Legal & General. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality client and fund reporting services across our global client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Client and Fund Regulatory Reporting Services: You will be responsible for delivering client and fund regulatory reporting services across global mandates and client bases, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports.
  • Add Value to Client Service Package: You will add value to the client service package by delivering strong service to our institutional, international, retail, and internal group clients, including UK client regulatory reporting, Europe, Middle East & Asia client regulatory reporting, fund regulatory reporting, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Owning, Collating, and Delivering Data: You will own, collate, and timely deliver data to clients, consultants, and research and fund platforms, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Project Managing Ad-Hoc Queries and Data Requests: You will work with areas of expertise to project manage ad-hoc queries, data requests, and client change, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Building Strong Relationships: You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure provision of first-class client service, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Staying Up-to-Date with Regulatory Requirements: You will develop and maintain an understanding of new and existing regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
Requirements:
  • Investment Management Industry Knowledge: You will have a solid understanding of the investment management industry and its regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting Experience: You will have previous experience in producing reporting outputs to various stakeholders, internally or externally.
  • Client Relationship Building: You will have a track record of dealing with external and internal clients, building significant relationships with contacts up to and including senior levels.
  • Attention to Detail: You will have significant attention to detail and be able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Workflow Management: You will have strong workflow management experience, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of tasks.
  • IT Skills: You will be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
