Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Client and Fund Regulatory Reporting Services: You will be responsible for delivering client and fund regulatory reporting services across global mandates and client bases, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports.
- Add Value to Client Service Package: You will work closely with our client service team to add value to our client service package, delivering strong service to our institutional, international, retail, and internal group clients.
- Own, Collate, and Deliver Data: You will own, collate, and timely deliver data to clients, consultants, and research and fund platforms, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Project Manage Ad-Hoc Queries and Data Requests: You will work with areas of expertise across the business to project manage ad-hoc queries, data requests, and client change, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Build Strong Relationships: You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring provision of first-class client service and driving business growth.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Regulatory Requirements: You will develop and maintain an understanding of new and existing regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
- Investment Management Industry Knowledge: You will have a strong understanding of the investment management industry and its regulatory requirements.
- Reporting Experience: You will have previous experience in producing reporting outputs to various stakeholders, internally or externally.
- Client Relationship Building: You will have a track record of dealing with external and internal clients, building significant relationships with contacts up to and including senior levels.
- Attention to Detail: You will have significant attention to detail and be able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and thoroughness.
- Workflow Management: You will have strong workflow management experience, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of tasks.
- IT Skills: You will be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
