As a Temporary Credit Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the Credit Control Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow up on outstanding accounts and invoices through phone and email communications.
- Collaborate with the Credit Controller regarding clients that require escalation to our Debt Collection Agency.
- Maintain and refresh account records to ensure accuracy.
- Provide support to the Credit Controller during periods of absence.
- Perform general accounting and administrative tasks utilizing software such as Xero, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Credit Control, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with Xero is advantageous.
- Strong numerical, Excel, and administrative capabilities.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
