We are looking for a proactive leader who can demonstrate initiative and deliver revenue while upholding our impeccable reputation.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to lead Business Development with a focus on Meetings and Events. You will be responsible for delivering revenue into the Entertaining and Hospitality division across the estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To sell and build long-term relationships with local, regional, national, and international clients.
  • To generate revenue across all segments including Groups, Corporate, Leisure, MICE, and Private HNWI's.
Requirements

A deep understanding of Entertainment and Hospitality is essential. Candidates should be able to demonstrate how they have impacted revenue growth through both account management and new business development in either the Hotel or Hospitality sector.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will be expected to be onsite at least two days per week with the remainder of the week spent attending meetings with clients and networking.

Salary Range: £65,000 - £85,000 Per Annum
