Business Development Leader

At Mach Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking a Business Development Leader to support the growth of our client in the food industry. With a prominent presence in the meat trade, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong sales expertise to drive future growth.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar sales environment within the food industry and be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalise on them.
A salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience, along with a strong annual leave allowance, company pension, and private medical insurance.
We are looking for someone who is open to travel as needed to meet with customers and has excellent knowledge of sales techniques and strategies. A proficiency in administrative tasks, such as creating reports and analysing data, is also required.
