Director Tender Operations

CSL Behring International is seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth and revenue increase as a key member of our international team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our tender strategy, building relationships with key stakeholders, and managing data to inform business decisions.

We are looking for a strong leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of local languages is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the tender strategy to drive business growth and revenue increase
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions
  • Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize processes
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

What We Offer: This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow your skills and career. We estimate that this position has an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year based on location and industry standards.
