About the Role

The University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance and Operations Manager to join their team. As a key member of the Corporate Referral to Treatment team, you will be responsible for the effective management of inpatient and outpatient performance across the Bristol and Weston sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Corporate Referral to Treatment team to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
  • Proactively manage the 18-week referral to treatment pathway to achieve access targets in line with National, regional, and Trust objectives.
  • Work closely with Divisional Assistant General Managers, Performance and Operational Managers, and other colleagues to ensure the achievement of key performance objectives.
  • Monitor demand for services and ensure that the Trust achieves its key performance objectives.
  • Act as a lead for service improvement in booking processes to improve performance and support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care.
