Job Title: Operations Performance Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Performance Specialist to join our team at Encirc. As a key member of our multi-disciplined team, you will be responsible for operating a high-performing production line with full ownership and accountability for product quality and line performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take a lead role in achieving continuous performance improvements through challenge and innovation.
  • Participate in the lean culture and operational philosophy.
  • Ensure all aspects of maintenance activities and machine improvements are encompassed.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 (UK) in Engineering (essential).
  • Multiskilled Engineer with Electrical bias (70/30).
  • Experience working in a high-speed production food/manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
