About the Role
Ceridian HCM, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Client Partner to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client engagement and revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and sales efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Monitor and analyze client data to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the HR and HCM industry
